Social Competences Development Model

The main objective of our cooperation would be to prepare a textbook for young leaders who work for their local communities.
The textbook will combine 7 or 8 key social competencies (SSDM – Social Skills Development Model). A leader who works with his/her team could use this textbook when conducting workshops for groups consisting of beginners. The textbook should be a tool of the first choice however is not designed to substitute a professional coach.
What is important, in preparing said textbook we would like to engage the youth very actively.
