E.C.H.O. (Engage, Connect, Hear, Organize) is a European youth empowerment initiative dedicated to amplifying the voices of young citizens and bridging the gap between local communities and EU-level democratic decision-making.

In an era of complex societal transformations, youth participation is vital to building inclusive, forward-looking policies; yet, many young people remain disconnected from structured civic dialogue and governance processes. E.C.H.O. tackles this democratic divide by establishing vibrant platforms for transnational exchange, grassroots civic initiatives, and hands-on skill-building. Through the implementation of local community fairs, tailored mentoring, and the innovative E.C.H.O. European Hub, the project cultivates critical dialogue, leadership, and active citizenship, ensuring that youth perspectives resonate across national borders to shape a resilient and unified Europe.
