DOTOX is a European initiative dedicated to empowering ex-prisoners and individuals at risk of exclusion by equipping them with the essential digital competencies required for modern daily life, employment, and active social participation.

As society becomes increasingly digital, those facing social marginalisation often encounter significant barriers to accessing basic services, pursuing career paths, and staying connected. DOTOX directly tackles this digital divide by delivering targeted, practical tools and accessible learning resources. By fostering digital literacy and confidence, the project strengthens personal independence and supports sustainable reintegration into the community.
